Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — we’re happily welcoming new patients of all ages. You can book an appointment online or call the office, and we’ll get you scheduled, often within the same week.
What’s the difference between primary care and urgent care?
Primary care is your ongoing medical home — the provider who knows your history, manages long-term health, and coordinates your care year after year. Urgent care handles one-off illnesses and injuries when your primary office is closed. We focus on the long-term relationship, and we’re here for same-week sick visits too.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Affordable self-pay options are available as well. Call us to confirm your specific plan before your first visit.
How do I become a new patient?
Book Appointment online or by phone, bring your ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications to your first visit, and we’ll take care of the rest. New-patient paperwork can be completed ahead of time through our portal.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Established patients can connect with their provider by secure video for follow-ups, refills, result reviews, and many common concerns — anywhere in Ohio.
Can the whole family see the same practice?
Absolutely — that’s the heart of family medicine. We care for newborns, children, adults, and seniors, so your whole household can have one trusted medical home.
